Senior Accountant

Your new company
This accountancy practice prides themselves on their client approach, putting their clients' needs first. Their long-standing portfolio of clients shows they have deep relations with their clients, based on a high level of service and a relationship-driven approach. They are a close-knit team of around 15 people who enjoy working collaboratively and getting the best out of their working day.

Your new role
You will:

• Manage a portfolio of clients from a wide range of sectors and sizes
• Prepare, send and submit accounts & tax returns for our clients, including Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies.
• Communicate as required with clients via phone, email, social media and in person, including chasing records.
• Onboard new clients and integrate them into your portfolio
• Optimise and plan the tax efficiency of clients as required.
• Act as liaison between clients and HM Revenue & Customs to deal with and resolve queries as required.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ACA, ACCA or ATT qualified or equivalent with at least 5 years of Practice experience. Excellent communication skills are required with the ability to liaise with clients and manage your portfolio succinctly and efficiently.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £55,000 depending on experience. Flexible working options are available with 2 days working from home.
