A boutique international accountancy firm is expanding its UK operations and seeking a Senior Accountant to join their remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant with language skills and hands-on experience in general accounting to be part of a growing and globally connected firm.

Key Details:

• Role: Senior Accountant

• Location: Remote (with occasional client visits; future office in Birmingham planned)

• Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum

• Languages Required: Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or Japanese

• Qualification: ACA, ACCA or CIMA

• Experience: Strong background in VAT returns, preparing accounts, and general accounting practices

About the Role:
You'll be supporting UK-based corporate and tax clients as part of an international team. The firm is headquartered in Hong Kong and places a strong emphasis on flexibility, collaboration, and client service. This is a pivotal hire to support their UK expansion strategy.
