Senior Accountant

Are you an experienced accountant with a passion for music, entertainment, and media?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist firm working with some of the biggest names in the creative industries – from chart-topping artists to leading production companies.

We’re looking for a qualified accountant with practice experience, ideally gained from working with clients in music, TV, film, sport, or related fields. If you’re confident managing a portfolio, reviewing accounts, and advising talent and businesses in the entertainment world – we’d love to hear from you.

The Role:
As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a pivotal role in client delivery – managing a portfolio, supporting junior team members, and offering expert advice tailored to the fast-paced world of entertainment and media.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients across music, TV, film, and creative industries
• Build strong client relationships and provide day-to-day support
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with UK standards
• Prepare corporation and personal tax computations
• Deliver management accounts and year-end financials
• Oversee VAT returns and liaise with the tax team
• Support and review work of junior team members
• Advise clients on accounting, tax, and business matters
• Ensure timely billing and workload management

About You:

• ACCA qualified or equivalent (or QBE)
• Must have experience in an accountancy practice, ideally working with clients in music, entertainment, or media
• Strong understanding of UK accounting and tax regulations
• Confident reviewing financial statements and offering advice
• Able to manage multiple client deadlines and priorities
• Comfortable leading junior team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
