Role Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional accounting and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients, offering strategic financial advice and tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
• Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, tax returns, and other relevant reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gain a deep understanding of their financial goals and provide insightful recommendations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ACA or ACCA qualification preferred.
• Substantial experience (X+ years) in an accounting practice, with a proven track record of client management and service delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP, IFRS, and tax regulations.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
• Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and strategic thinking, demonstrated through problem-solving and solution-oriented approaches.
