Senior Accountant

Reed Accountancy Practice is currently representing a well-established Accountancy Practice based in the Braintree area, who are looking for a Senior Accountant to join their firm.

This firm can offer 2/3 days working from home depending on experience.

Please see below the responsibilities for this position:

• Yearend statutory accounts and tax services to SME businesses
• Producing management accounts
• Posting journals and dealing with HMRC and Companies House Queries on the clients’ behalf.
• Preparing double entry bookkeeping to trial balance, completing VAT returns as you will be overseeing the bookkeepers and payrollers.

Requirements for this position below:

• Must have at least 3-4 years of experience within an Accountancy Practice
• Ideally ACA/ACC/QBE Qualified
• Has experience using TaxCalc, QuickBooks, Xero & Sage
