Senior Accountant

Our client, a leading firm of chartered accountants based in Walsall, is looking to take on a Senior Accountant who is either exam qualified or QBE.

You will be working with an exciting and varied client base and great opportunities for progression.

Typical duties

• Preparation of Statutory Accounts
• Preparation of Corporation Tax computations & Returns
• Preparation of Personal Tax Returns
• Tax & Business Planning
• Client Interaction
• Staff Training

Skills needed

• 3 years or more practice experience
• ACCA/ACA qualified
• Knowledge of bookkeeping packages such as Sage, Xero, Quickbook's, etc
• Confident and a good positive attitude
• Conscientious and can demonstrate initiative
• Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
• Good attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Salary up to £45,000 pa DOE
