Senior Accountant

An accountancy practice based in Clifton (with hybrid working) is currently recruiting a Senior Accountant to join their team.

This role is to join a growing business and requires someone who is happy working autonomously, taking full client ownership and with a view to building up a team in due course.

Duties will include:

• Preparing accounts for clients
• Engaging with and assisting clients to help them understand their company’s financial performance
• VAT returns
• Personal Tax returns
• Corporation Tax
• Preparing management accounts

The successful candidate will hold a professional accountancy qualification and have extensive experience working within a practice environment. Excellent communications skills and the ability to develop junior staff members is also essential.
