Elevation Senior Finance are partnered with a leading professional services business as they look to recruit a Senior Accountant to join their UK finance team, based in Leeds.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and technically strong accountant to join a well-established finance function supporting one of the UK’s largest divisions. You’ll be part of a high-performing team supporting key project and divisional reporting, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement across the business.

This would be the perfect move for an ACA qualified, first time mover!

• Production of monthly management accounts and commercial project reviews (including WIP analysis)

• Accurate and timely processing of financial transactions

• Balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules

• Supporting statutory audit, SOx compliance, and evidence gathering

• Line management or coaching of junior team members

• Continuous process improvement and finance automation initiatives

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)

• Confident communicator able to engage with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong Excel and general Microsoft Office skills

• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing deadlines

• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
