Our client, a fast-growing global beauty brand, is known for its innovative, skin-loving products and strong international presence. As they continue to expand, they're looking for a Senior Accountant to join their London-based team and take ownership of regional financial operations.

If you have solid inventory accounting experience within the beauty, retail, or manufacturing sectors, and you're ready to thrive in a dynamic, office-based role, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the financial health of regional subsidiaries. You'll be hands-on with everything from month-end close to tax compliance, and you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage accounting operations, including AR/AP, inventory, and financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor AR aging and escalate overdue balances as needed.
• Manage AP and coordinate timely payment runs.
• Ensure compliance with US and Singapore financial reporting standards.
• Strengthen internal controls and safeguard company assets.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and HR data.
• Continuously improve accounting policies and procedures.
• Stay current on financial regulations and industry trends.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior accounting or financial management role.
• Proven experience with inventory accounting in a beauty, retail, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, AR/AP, and compliance.
• Excellent communication skills-both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Netsuite and other financial systems.
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• A passion for the beauty industry is a big plus!
