Senior Accountant

TPF Recruitment is proud to be supporting a well-established, long-standing accountancy firm in their search for an Experienced Accountant to join their Horsham office. With decades of experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses, this firm offers a wide range of professional services, including bookkeeping, financial accounting, tax planning, compliance, company incorporation, and advisory work.

The Role

• This is a full-time, on-site position for an experienced accountant. You will be responsible for:
  

• Managing financial records and preparing financial statements
  

• Preparing tax returns and providing tax planning and compliance services
  

• Assisting with company incorporation and formation
  

• Supporting business restructuring and recovery advice
  

• Conducting internal audits
  

• Maintaining company records and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements
  

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping
  

• Strong knowledge of tax planning and compliance
  

• Skills in company incorporation and formation
  

• Experience in corporate recovery and advisory services
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  

• ACA, ACCA or similar professional qualification desirable but not essential
