They're now looking for a Senior Accountant to support their EMEA operations. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a passion for music and entertainment who wants to combine technical finance with commercial impact in a fast-paced, global environment.

What you'll be doing
* Owning the day-to-day accounting across multiple labels and entities (journals, reconciliations, ledgers)
* Taking the lead on month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
* Reviewing and processing artist advances and related costs
* Reconciling statements from DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.)
* Supporting the delivery of financial statements under GAAP/IFRS
* Helping with tax filings and statutory reporting across the region
* Providing input into budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
* Making sure internal controls and financial policies are followed
* Spotting ways to improve processes and reporting efficiency

What we're looking for (Essential):
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
* 3+ years' professional accounting experience
* Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS
* Great systems knowledge (QuickBooks, NetSuite a plus)
* Advanced Excel skills (you'll be confident with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs)
* Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
* Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with global teams

What we'd like to see (Bonus):
* Experience in music, media, or entertainment
* Familiarity with royalty accounting
* Understanding of music revenue streams (DSPs, publishing, UGC, PROs)
* Ability to navigate artist/distribution contracts
* A genuine love of music and creativity

The package

Salary: £37,500 - £50,000

Location: Remote - occasional in-person meet-ups in Manchester or Liverpool
