Senior Accountant - Top 50 Firm - London

An excellent opportunity has become available for an ambitious and talented Senior Accountant to join a Top 50 Accountancy Practice based in the City of London. You will be given lots of autonomy and get exposure a range of different clients which includes technology, entertainment, property and media to name just a few. You will also get the opportunity to work on complex issues and get experience of working with group companies.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalise full sets of statutory accounts
• Filing of corporation tax returns
• Mentor and develop the more junior members of staff
• Act as the first point of contact for any client queries
• Carry out any ad hoc work that may arise

Requirements:

• Previous experience of working in an accountancy firm in a similar capacity
• Good experience of preparing accounts
• ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience
• Strong organisational and communication skills
