Purpose of the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager role:

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for running a diverse client portfolio, providing them with accounting, tax, and business advice.

Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Responsibilities:

• Support and train junior members of the team
• Oversee and review management accounts
• General accountancy duties for a range of clients from varied industries
• Providing tax advice and completing tax returns
• Taking Accounts up to the trial balance
• Providing business advice
• Ensure queries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner
• Ensure a high level of customer service is provided to all clients
• Actively work as part of the Company team

The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Requirements:

• Talented, enthusiastic accountant, able to work with a variety of clients of different sizes from different industries
• Experience of working in an accountancy role is essential
• Experience supporting and mentoring a team

Qualifications Required for the Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager:

• ACA/ACCA qualification or experience gained from working in a similar position

The Perfect Senior Accountant/Assistant Manager or Manager Will Have the Following Competencies and Skills:

• Able to build strong client relationships
• Able to support a junior team
