Location: Bourton-on-the-water (Hybrid - 2/3 days on-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 per annum

We are supporting a thriving Bourton-on-the-water based business in their search for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a broad accounts role while working closely with a supportive team.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a key role across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, as well as supporting wider finance operations.

Responsibilities include:

Managing the AP function alongside an AP Assistant

Overseeing AR and Credit Control activities

Bank reconciliations

Working with Xero and Excel (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas)

Supporting month-end processes

Assisting with continuous improvement of finance processes

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a similar finance role

Confident using Xero and Excel (advanced functionality like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs essential)

Strong understanding of AP and AR processes

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What's on Offer:

£30,000-£34,000 salary depending on experience
