Senior Accounts Assistant

The Role:

As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will be a crucial member of the team and ensure the company's financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing VAT returns
• Reconciling accounts and ledgers
• Preparing management accounts
• Keeping precise financial records
• Preparing financial reports and statements
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Improving and managing financial processes

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with CIS processes would be a significant advantage
• Proven track record in handling VAT returns and account reconciliations
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office
• Experience in streamlining and enhancing financial operations
