Senior Accounts Assistant

An exciting opportunity has opened for a Senior Accounts Assistant at a very well-established organisation based in the West-Kent area.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Management accounts preparation
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
• Cashflow forecasting
• Performing financial analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Inter-company account reconciliations
• Preparation of VAT returns
• Bank reconciliations

The successful candidate will:

• Have previous experience in a similar position
• Preferably be studying towards an accounting qualification (but QBE will also be considered)
• Have previous experience using Xero
• Have meticulous attention to detail and a pro-active attitude to any task at hand
