Senior Accounts Assistant - Temporary

Office based for the first week, then hybrid working 3 days on site/2 days WFH
40 hours per week

What you'll need to succeed
An excellent opportunity in rural West northants for an experienced accounts assistant who has worked previously in a fast-moving environment. The role will report into the Financial Controller and work alongside another member of the finance team, with day to day transactional finance.

Key duties will entail banking: daily bank reconciliation and resolution of ay variances, uploading supplier payment runs for approval in online banking, Accounts receivable: preparing the aged accounts, reviewing customer accounts weekly, Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices, preparing weekly supplier payment runs, reviewing the ledgers, reconcile the accounts payable report and new supplier set-ups and any additional adhoc duties.
