SENIOR ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER - £45,000 to £60,000 + Commission + Benefits - Dorset

A leading manufacturer of noise control and acoustic solutions is seeking a SENIOR ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER to join their commercial team in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically skilled and commercially driven SENIOR ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER to help deliver bespoke acoustic systems to clients across industrial, construction, and infrastructure sectors.

As a SENIOR ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER, you will manage client relationships, develop project proposals, and provide technical support across the full lifecycle-from enquiry to installation. You'll work closely with engineers, architects, and contractors, helping expand the company's presence across Dorset and the wider UK.

We are looking for a SENIOR ACOUSTIC SALES ENGINEER with:

• 5+ years of experience in acoustics or noise control systems

• Strong understanding of building acoustics, industrial noise, and sound attenuation

• Sales or client-facing experience in a technical environment

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or acoustic modelling tools (beneficial)

• Excellent communication and commercial negotiation skills

• A degree or HND in Acoustics, Engineering, or a related discipline

• Full UK driving licence

This Dorset-based role offers a £45,000 to £60,000 base salary, uncapped commission, company vehicle, pension scheme, flexible working, and opportunities for progression into business development leadership.
