Job Description - Senior Actuarial Analysts - BPA Post-Deal & Reinsurance

Work across true-up pricing and reinsurance calculations, with growing external reinsurer exposure.
Get involved in cutting-edge BPA and funded reinsurance work.
Enjoy a consistent workflow compared to new business pricing, letting you focus on technical excellence.
Structured rotation program (~18 months) with clear career progression to Manager roles.
Flexible working: 1-2 days per week in the office.
Visa sponsorship available for candidates already working in the UK.

Who We're Looking For:

Mid-way through actuarial exams (3-4 away from qualification) or:
3/4 years of experience and have decided to stop taking the actuarial exams
Strong technical foundation, ideally with DB pensions, BPA insurance, or life insurance reporting experience
Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex issues clearly
Senior Analysts will review work and liaise with reinsurers

Progression:

Exposure to a technically challenging and innovative environment
Clear path to Manager roles with line management and stakeholder responsibility
Track record of internal mobility for qualified actuaries
