The Role:

Services for Young Children (SfYC) are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Senior Administration Officer for Sold Service training and support.


 


This is an exciting opportunity to work across all teams within our service which includes the childcare business support team, administration team, early years inclusion team and our early years quality advisory team.

What you’ll do:

The key purpose of this role is to support the development of SfYC’s training and consultancy offer for schools and early years settings. This includes sourcing suitable venues, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, and using engaging, innovative approaches to promote and advertise services, helping to widen our reach. 


 


The role involves building strong working relationships with professionals within the service and across the early years sector. You will work with SfYC colleagues to support development, expansion and delivery of our offer. You will support schools and setting staff in accessing and understanding programmes that promote continuous improvement and professional development.

What we’re looking for:

As an experienced administrator you must have knowledge and extensive experience of using IT systems and Social Media platforms to an intermediate/advanced level; including Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, Excel, Word etc.
