Senior Administrative Assistant
Salary: £30,750 - £40k
Marlow, Buckinghamshire
13-Month Contract 24 Hours per Week (6 Hours per Day, Monday to Thursday)

Our client, a highly respected organisation operating within a research and development environment, is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant to provide efficient administrative and business support to managers and wider teams.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised and professional administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a variety of stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings
* Organising travel arrangements and processing expenses
* Coordinating meetings, visits and event logistics
* Producing and formatting presentations, spreadsheets and documents
* Maintaining departmental records, distribution lists and online filing systems
* Supporting onboarding and offboarding activities for employees and contractors
* Assisting with interview coordination and recruitment logistics
* Ordering office supplies and equipment
* Providing administrative support across multiple projects
* Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact for internal processes and procedures
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless administrative support
What We're Looking For
* Minimum 3 years' administrative experience
* Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
* Professional, discreet and highly dependable approach
* Experience supporting senior leaders or R&D teams would be advantageous
* A-level, associate degree or bachelor’s Degree desirable
