Description

• Providing exceptional secretarial support to the owner of the business
• Organising and managing diaries, including arranging meetings and appointments.
• Preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
• Support with customer queries that come through and produce quotes.
• Handling confidential documents and information with discretion.
• Assisting with the preparation of business plans and strategies.
• Liaising effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Undertaking any other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.

Profile

• Experience as an Administrator
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Can commute to Market Bosworth
