Are you an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator seeking a new challenge?

Our client based in Colchester is seeking a full time Senior Administrator to join the team on a permanent basis. The hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm with 1 hour lunch and will be paying a salary of £25k - £28k per annum (DOE). This is a fully office-based role, with parking on-site.

Duties will include:

• Supporting with diary management

• Scheduling and booking meetings, events and conferences

• Preparing agendas and taking minutes for meetings

• Answering incoming calls and responding to emails

• Preparing reports, drafting correspondence and creating presentations when required

• Updating and maintaining databases, filing systems, and data entry

• Arranging travel and accommodation for members of the team when required

To be successful for this role, you must have at least 2 years' experience in an administrative or secretarial role. You must also be proficiency in Microsoft Office systems such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and office management tools, with excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
