We’re looking for a senior administrator for our Gloucestershire Service
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen within our Gloucestershire service. This role covers the county but will be predominantly based in the Gloucester Hub – it is important to note that cover and travel to our other Hubs in Cheltenham, Stroud, and Cinderford will be required.
As a key member of our wider Gloucestershire leadership team, you will play an important role in shaping and delivering high-quality services administrative services across the county. This Senior Administrator position offers the opportunity to take on new challenges, further develop your leadership skills, and make a meaningful impact within a supportive local and national network.
The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the SPOC and clinical admin teams, ensuring excellent service user and community engagement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting contractual requirements, completion and oversight of invoicing and ordering, while responding effectively to internal and external audits, including Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspections.
Working in partnership with service managers, partner agencies, healthcare providers and people who use our services, the successful candidate will contribute to the continuous development of a high-quality, recovery-focused service.
The successful candidate will:
Lead and support the Gloucestershire administration teams. Manage staff through supervision, performance management, coaching and professional development, while coordinating administrative tasks and cover.
Oversee administrative performance and ensure compliance with CQC standards, NICE guidance, safeguarding legislation, GDPR, Information Governance and organisational policies, while managing incidents, complaints and service risks.
