We're working with a rapidly growing, award-winning digital agency to find an experienced Senior Affiliates Manager to join their Paid Media team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves building affiliate strategies, driving performance, and working closely with publishers across content, cashback, influencer, and loyalty platforms.

?? What You'll Be Doing:

• Owning affiliate marketing strategy across multiple clients
• Managing day-to-day performance and partner relationships
• Recruiting and growing a strong network of affiliate publishers
• Delivering insight-driven reporting to optimise campaigns
• Collaborating with internal teams to create integrated solutions

? What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record managing affiliate marketing programmes
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking tools
• Strong data skills - you enjoy digging into performance metrics
• Confident communicator and relationship-builder
• Proactive, organised, and commercially savvy
