The Company

A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Affiliates Marketing Executive to join a London based luxury fashion and retail company to help drive the company's commercial goals.

As the Senior Affiliates Marketing Executive, your responsibilities will include:

• Own and grow the Affiliate channel, developing data-driven strategies with agencies and internal teams to drive performance.
• Plan, brief, and track Affiliate newsletter campaigns, commission models, and paid placement strategies.
• Manage influencer/content campaigns across the Affiliate network in partnership with PR and Influencer teams.
• Collaborate with creatives to brief performance-driven Display banners and ensure brand alignment.
• Work closely with Affiliate partners to share insights, optimise performance, and align efforts with a holistic digital approach.
• Lead reporting and forecasting for Affiliates (and Display), delivering actionable insights and helping set and review performance targets.

You

• Solid understanding of core digital channels: Affiliates, Display, SEO, PPC, and Paid Social
• Strong Excel and Google Analytics skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Organised and able to manage tight deadlines and quick turnarounds
• Confident collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
