Senior Aftersales Executive

LSH Auto is looking for a highly motivated and skilled Senior Aftersales Executive to enhance our aftersales team at our dealership in Stockport. In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive 5 star aftersales service and support, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

As a Senior Aftersales Executive, your role will involve managing customer interactions, overseeing service appointments, and working closely with the service and parts departments to ensure a streamlined process for all customers.

You will play a key role in driving the success of our aftersales division, fostering long-lasting relationships with our clientele and helping to promote our brand values.

Hours: 45

Salary: £31,000 Plus OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer enquiries related to aftersales services and ensure prompt and effective communication.
• Schedule and manage service appointments and follow the progress of service work.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with customers regarding service updates and feedback.
• Implement strategies aimed at improving aftersales service and enhancing customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues assertively and amicably.
• Assist the aftersales manager in achieving departmental objectives and operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Experience in a similar customer service role within the automotive sector.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer relations.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
• Proficient problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of automotive service management software is advantageous.
• Hold a valid driver's licence.
