Senior Air Conditioning Installation Engineer

Must Have’s
• F-Gas Category 1 qualified
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (or equivalent)
• Extensive installation experience across a range of A/C systems including split, multi-split, VRF/VRV
• Proven ability to lead on-site projects and mentor junior engineers
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent fault-finding and commissioning skills

Nice to have’s
• Experience overseeing multiple installation jobs simultaneously
• Comfortable liaising with clients, site managers, and subcontractors
• Confident in preparing and quoting for installation jobs
• Up-to-date knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance
• Ability to support pre-installation surveys and advise on system design

What will you be doing?
• Leading installation of air conditioning systems on residential and commercial sites
• Managing end-to-end installation: site prep, pipework, commissioning, final testing
• Acting as the senior point of contact for on-site queries
• Preparing and quoting for new installation projects in coordination with clients
• Ensuring installations are completed to high standards and within deadlines
• Supporting junior engineers and promoting a positive safety culture

• Gloucestershire-based with travel
