About the role
We are hiring a Senior Ambassador Programs Manager to lead the strategic evolution of Pernod Ricard’s global Brand Ambassador ecosystem. Sitting at the heart of the Trade Advocacy Center of Excellence, this role defines the foundation how our programs operate, grow, and represent our brands across the on-trade.
You will shape the global BA strategy, capability framework, performance standards, and role architecture that guide ambassadors across all markets. This includes developing global programming, designing talent pathways, setting KPIs, and building tools that professionalize and elevate BA impact.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with Brand Architecture, Education Developers, Trade Engagement experts, Brand Homes, Bartender Community, and markets to ensure ambassadors deliver culturally relevant, premium brand experiences everywhere they show up. You build a consistent, connected cross-brand community that drives brand equity, trade advocacy, and long-term commercial value.
This is a high-impact, global leadership role for someone who combines strategic clarity with a deep understanding of brand storytelling, bar culture and talent development.
Your key missions
Lead the Global Brand Ambassador Strategy
- Define the global Brand Ambassador strategy/archetype(s) across all PR brands, shaping how ambassadors show up, who they are, and what great looks like.
- Set global KPIs, profiles, competency standards, and performance expectations that ensure ambassadors deliver advocacy with skill, consistency, and personality.
- Own the global BA governance model — wiring, structures, operating principles, and ways of working that keep the BA ecosystem aligned and high-performing across markets.
- Build the global KPI dashboard for all BA programs to enable consistent reporting, tracking, and effectiveness.
Global Onboarding, Education & Capability Development
- Own the global BA onboarding curriculum — storytelling, hosting, content creation, social media fundamentals, responsible drinking, advocacy essentials — ensuring every ambassador starts strong and stays sharp.
- Develop educational tools, content, and learning moments — in partnership with Brand Education, Brand Homes, and other Advocacy pillars — that help enrich brand ambassadors, bartender capability and industry engagement.
- Build modular content and toolkits that brand ambassadors and markets can adapt easily while maintaining global creative and experience integrity.
- Elevate ambassador craft and consistency by ensuring BAs deliver brand stories, rituals, serves, and hosting experiences with creativity, accuracy, and alignment to brand playbooks.
- Strategically engage internal and external partners locally and globally to create an exceptional employee experience that motivates, and inspires high-performance and world class delivery.

You have:
- Experience (+10 yrs) leading global or multi-market advocacy, ambassador, trade marketing, or talent programs
- Strong ability to build and manage frameworks, capability models, KPIs, and toolkits
- Strong understanding of bartender culture, hospitality, and on-premise influence
- Comfort influencing across matrixed, cross-functional environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Strong program management and organizational skills
- A collaborative, culturally aware mindset
