A fast-scaling, consumer-facing subscription business is seeking a Senior Data Analyst / Data Manager to take full ownership of its data operations during a period of rapid expansion. Operating at the intersection of entertainment, competitions, and e-commerce, the company offers free-to-enter prize draws and exclusive subscriber rewards - including VIP experiences and monthly benefits.

After significant growth in 2024 (headcount increased 5x), the business is preparing for international expansion and requires a dedicated, commercially-minded data lead to build scalable systems, deliver insights, and support decision-making across all teams.

The Role:

• Build and manage the company's data warehouse and ETL processes

• Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio; conduct analysis in SQL

• Provide actionable insights to marketing, product, and leadership teams

• Prioritise incoming data requests and deliver timely solutions

• Own data governance, quality audits, and the development of long-term strategy

• Report directly to the founder and be a key part of the leadership team

What They're Looking For:

• 3+ years in data analytics roles (ideally within e-commerce, gaming, or digital subscriptions)

• Strong SQL skills and experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools

• Product Analytics and Experimentation experience

• Proven experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines and data infrastructure

• Commercially driven with a track record of using data to drive business value

• Adaptable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Key Details:

• Salary: Circa £75,000 (range £60,000-£85,000 depending on experience)

• Location: Orpington (3 days per week in the office required)

• Sector experience in e-commerce, betting, or digital consumer products is highly valued

• Preference for candidates with stable employment history and strong stakeholder communication skills
