Senior Analyst/Associate - Development Finance

If you’re ready to take greater ownership of real estate debt transactions, this Associate opportunity gives you exposure to analysing, structuring and executing senior and mezzanine development loans across the UK. You’ll work on transactions ranging from £2m to £25m, building experience across the full investment process.

As an Associate, you’ll join an entrepreneurial real estate investment business where you can gain broad transaction exposure, contribute to investment decisions and develop relationships with borrowers and funding partners.

Package & Benefits

Salary of £75,000 to £80,000 per annum.

30% bonus opportunity.

About the Company

A specialist real estate investment and lending business providing funding across acquisition, development and special situations. The team operates across a range of real estate financing scenarios, with an entrepreneurial environment and exposure to different aspects of the investment process.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse and structure senior and mezzanine real estate development loans from £2m to £25m.

Build and review financial models, undertaking sensitivity, scenario and quantitative analysis to support investment decisions.

Execute transactions through underwriting, due diligence, credit papers and Credit Committee processes.

Support negotiations and develop relationships with borrowers and funding partners throughout the transaction lifecycle.

About You

Experience analysing or underwriting real estate debt or real estate investment transactions.

Strong financial analysis and financial modelling experience.

Experience undertaking quantitative and qualitative transaction analysis.
