We're partnered with a high-growth, short-term lender backed by major international investment. They're scaling fast and expanding their product line - and looking for a Senior Analytics Manager with a marketing analytics focus to help drive customer acquisition and engagement strategy.

Working directly with the Head of Data & Analytics, you'll lead insight generation across marketing and digital channels. Projects could include predictive modelling for new product launches, campaign targeting optimisation, and customer lifetime value modelling.

? Background in financial services essential (FCA-regulated: bank, lender, bureau etc.)
? Hands-on with data, but focused on insight and leadership
? Experience working with statistical models
? Confident supporting a team and working cross-functionally
