This short-term loans company focused on providing quick, affordable, and transparent financial solutions to customers facing urgent expenses such as car repairs, plumbing, or dental work. Recently acquired by an international investment firm, the business is undergoing significant investment to expand its presence in the UK lending market. With a strong emphasis on growth and market share, the company is preparing to broaden its product offerings and credit options, signalling exciting opportunities for development and impact in the near future!

THE ROLE

This versatile role offers the opportunity to manage collections, credit, marketing, and digital functions based on your background and interests, potentially covering one or multiple areas. The focus is on supporting leadership and vertical teams by driving insights into the lending portfolio, enhancing model performance, delivering impactful results to stakeholders, and leading key data initiatives. The role is project-driven, involving collaboration with credit risk and marketing teams to develop predictive models and strategies, especially around new product launches and customer engagement.

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

• You MUST come from a Banking or Lending company
• You must understand FCA advertising guidelines
• You must have previous management experience
• You need to have a coding background (SQL/SAS) in order to support the team with their coding
• Experience with statistical modelling in a digital/marketing context
