Senior Applications Analyst – COINS ERP Reimplementation | Remote | Construction | Flexible Salary
 
We're looking for an experienced Senior Applications Analyst to join our client’s Business Applications team and play a key role in a multi-year COINS ERP reimplementation programme.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience across ERP systems, business applications, systems configuration, testing and implementation to contribute to a major programme of change before transitioning into a broader Business Applications role once the reimplementation is complete.
 
You'll work closely with Business Applications colleagues, workstream leads, suppliers and business super users to help ensure the new ERP solution is configured, tested and ready to support the needs of the organisation.
 
The Role
 
Initially, your focus will be on supporting the COINS ERP reimplementation programme.
 
You'll contribute across systems configuration, minor changes, documentation, testing, issue resolution and go-live support. You'll work alongside key stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and help ensure the business is ready to adopt the new system.
 
Following completion of the programme, you'll transition into a BAU Senior Applications Analyst role, taking ownership of a portfolio of business applications and providing ongoing support, enhancement and optimisation.
 
Key responsibilities

Support the delivery of the multi-year COINS ERP reimplementation programme.
Work closely with Business Applications colleagues, workstream leads, suppliers and business super users.
Support systems configuration and minor change activity.
Assist with identifying, investigating and resolving implementation issues.
Support business readiness and ensure applications are fit for use.
Plan and undertake UAT, regression and other testing activities.
Maintain accurate systems and project documentation.
Support implementation activities through to go-live and post-go-live support.
Work with third-party suppliers to deliver agreed changes and resolve issues.
Contribute to the transition of the reimplemented solution into BAU.
Following the programme, take ownership of allocated business applications as a subject matter expert.
Provide 2nd-line application support in line with agreed SLAs.
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and application functionality.
Lead enhancements and minor changes.
Support application upgrades, optimisation and performance improvements.
Maintain training materials and support appropriate user training.
Participate in relevant application user communities. 
Role Requirements
 
We're looking for an experienced Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar who has worked with ERP or business-critical applications within a complex organisation.
 
You'll ideally have experience of working on ERP implementations, reimplementation, upgrades or significant system change programmes, with a good understanding of configuration, testing and business readiness.
 
You'll ideally have experience in:

Previous experience working with COINS ERP
Business applications / ERP experience
Application configuration
UAT / functional / regression testing
Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or significant change
Working with business users and stakeholders
Working with third-party suppliers
Application support and issue resolution
