We're looking for a Senior Apprenticeship Delivery Tutor to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting apprenticeship learners, employers and delivery colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes.
As a leading employee-owned provider of education and skills programmes, we support individuals, employers and communities across the UK through high-quality apprenticeships and training. You will also provide day-to-day guidance, coaching and support to Apprenticeship Delivery Tutors, acting as a subject matter expert and role model for high-quality apprenticeship delivery.
We are looking for someone with strong apprenticeship delivery experience, excellent coaching and assessment skills, and the ability to motivate learners and colleagues to achieve their best. You will be organised, resilient and confident using learner management systems and performance data to drive improvement.
