Senior Architect - Aviation experience

Salary £50,000 to £60,000 DOE

CAP Resourcing is working with an international Architectural practice who are looking for an experienced, Senior Architect to join their London office. The ideal candidate will have excellent design and software skills as well as previous experience working on transportation projects, specifically airports. You’ll take the lead on design initiatives, driving the successful delivery of high-profile aviation infrastructure projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned architect with a passion for transport infrastructure to make a meaningful impact on major airport developments across the UK and internationally.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on transport infrastructure and major airport projects, both in the UK and internationally.
• Chartered Architect accreditation (RIBA, ARB, or an equivalent professional body).
• A proven ability to lead and deliver large-scale airport terminal developments, including airside and landside infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, airport master planning, and operational frameworks.
• Proficiency in key architectural design tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar software.
• Excellent leadership capabilities, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working on international projects and an understanding of global airport design standards.
• Solid working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while balancing multiple project priorities.
• A team-oriented mindset, with a collaborative and supportive approach to work.
