An established and respected architectural practice in Northampton is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its growing team. Renowned for delivering bespoke, high-quality design solutions, the practice works across a wide-ranging portfolio including residential, commercial, and public sector projects.

The Role:

• Lead and manage projects through all RIBA work stages
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Deliver detailed design and technical packages
• Ensure projects meet deadlines and budgetary goals
• Provide mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with substantial post-Part 3 experience
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations
• Proficient in Revit (essential)
• Design-led with excellent technical capabilities
• Effective communicator with leadership experience
• Located in or able to commute easily to Northampton
