Senior Architect

We are currently representing a well-established and respected multi-disciplinary consultancy based in Liverpool, who are actively seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join their growing architectural team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and driven Senior Architect to take on a leading role within a dynamic and expanding practice.

With a headcount of over 100 professionals across the UK and a growing turnover exceeding £10 million, this consultancy has a strong reputation for delivering thoughtful, sustainable, and cost-effective design solutions across a broad range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, industrial, retail and leisure.

As a Senior Architect, you will take a key leadership role in managing and delivering a range of residential and commercial developments across both the public and private sectors. You will be involved at all stages of the process, from feasibility and design to tender, construction and completion.

• Lead and manage architectural projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
• Oversee and coordinate design teams, consultants, and stakeholders
• Prepare and present tender submissions, planning applications, and detailed construction packages
• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, contractors and statutory bodies
• Attend and chair client, design, and site meetings
• Mentor and support junior team members and review work to ensure quality and compliance
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
• Work daily in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign

• ARB Registered and qualified Architect with a minimum of 5 years' professional experience
• Proven track record delivering projects within the residential and commercial sectors
• Strong design and technical skills, with the ability to lead projects through all RIBA work stages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Confident in chairing meetings, managing client relationships and leading multi-disciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
• Based within commutable distance of Liverpool
• Full UK Driving Licence
