Senior Architect

Bennett and Game are currently recruiting for a Senior Architect to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architect to progress their career within a team of technical and design-focused professionals.

Our client specialises within a variety of sectors including Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and Transport. It would be highly advantageous for the successful Senior Architect to have professional experience within a minimum of 2 sectors however this is not essential. This Chartered Practice is seeking a Senior Architect that has experience working through RIBA Stages 1 to 7, has the ability to lead teams, project running as well as have excellent technical, design and presentation skills.

• Project Running
• Reporting to Associates and Partners
• Working on a range of exciting projects within the Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and Transport sectors
• Use AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis
• Work throughout RIBA Stages 1 - 7
• Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with clients
• Chairing and documenting design team meetings
• Design team coordination

• Living in or around the Birmingham area
• Relevant Degree Qualified; 5 + Years Experience
• Professional experience working throughout RIBA Stages 1 - 7
• Excellent design, technical and presentation skills
• Practical experience of using AutoCAD and / or Revit (Training Provided)
• Experience Project Running
• Broad range of experience within the Residential, Workplace, Education, Community and / or Transport sector

• Salary: Up to £50,000 + (DOE)
