What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead project teams from concept to completion, ensuring design quality and smooth delivery
Work in Revit daily, collaborating with colleagues and consultants to deliver coordinated solutions
Take ownership of projects, building strong client relationships and driving innovation
Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their technical and creative skills
Bring fresh ideas and design flair to every stage of the process

What You’ll Bring:

Proven experience as a Senior Architect with a strong track record leading projects
Excellent Revit skills and a commitment to BIM workflows
Creative thinking paired with technical know-how
Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment
Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
