An established and well-respected architectural practice is looking to welcome a technically focused architect into a senior position within its growing team. With a strong pipeline of design-led projects across residential, commercial and hospitality sectors, this is a rare opportunity for someone ready to take a more strategic role in project delivery and team leadership.

This role would ideally suit an experienced technical architect ready to take the next step in their career, or someone already operating at Associate level looking for a fresh challenge and future leadership prospects.

The role
You’ll take ownership of delivering high-quality, detail-driven architecture through all project stages, working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth delivery and clear technical outcomes. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring junior team members and helping shape the technical direction of the practice.

Requirements:

• Chartered status with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience
• Strong grounding in construction and technical delivery
• Proven experience across all RIBA stages, particularly in technical design and detailing
• Excellent Revit and BIM knowledge is essential
• Confident communicator, capable of leading internal teams and external coordination
• Previous on-site experience and consultant liaison highly desirable
