Lead architectural design and delivery on complex, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through completion Produce and review high-quality design documentation, ensuring adherence to design intent, technical standards and regulations Mentor and guide project teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Coordinate with consultants, clients and contractors, managing design integration and project risks Represent the studio at client meetings, design reviews and stakeholder engagements Champion design development within the studio, contributing to thought leadership and practice initiatives Support business development activities, including proposals, pitches and strategic client engagementIdeal Candidate
Experienced Senior Architect with a strong design portfolio and proven track record of delivery Chartered or eligible for professional accreditation with the relevant architectural body Confident leading project teams and managing complex architectural challenges Excellent communication, presentation and client-facing skills Strong technical understanding with ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary information Proactive, positive and collaborative approach to design and teamwork Commitment to design quality, innovation and mentoring others
