The ideal candidate will bring significant post-qualification experience, demonstrating exceptional technical ability and a proven track record as a confident job runner. You will be comfortable leading small teams and managing projects effectively. Proficiency in Revit is essential for this role.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Degree, HND or HNC in Architectural Technology
• Significant post qualification experience
• CIAT accredited or working towards
• Retail experience is beneficial
• Manage and support a team
• Create excellent technical designs
• Positive and driven approach to work
• Able to manage deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations
• Able to run projects from start to completion
• Proficient in Revit
• Must live within a commutable distance of Manchester
