Are you an Architectural Technician or similar looking for a new challenge within a dynamic team for a well-established construction company who are looking for a Architectural Technician to take the next step in their career in a senior position in which you can help to lead the company?

You will be working on a range of projects for both domestic and commercial clients.

In this varied role, you will undertake a range of tasks including, Producing detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD ensuring compliance with building regulations and standards. Your duties will also include proposing design led options/solutions to problems. You will manage multiple live projects at once and be given the opportunity to take on more responsibilities.

THE ROLE:

Researching, mapping and analysis of projects

Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations

Liaise and co-ordinate with clients / contractors

Monday - Friday 9:00am-17:00pm

THE PERSON:

Architectural Technician or similar

AutoCAD and ArchiCAD background

Commutable to Chelmsford
