Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for large-scale residential projects
Collaborate with architects, consultants, engineers and clients to achieve design and regulatory objectives
Ensure all technical outputs comply with Building Regulations and NHBC requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, supporting their development
Contribute to project and client meetings, offering professional input on technical mattersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Degree, HNC or HND in Architectural Technology (or equivalent qualification)
Several years' experience delivering large residential developments for national house builders
Strong technical skills with excellent precision and attention to detail
Proficiency in CAD and/or BIM software packages
In-depth understanding of UK Building Regulations and industry standards
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
