Location: London

Salary: £45-55,000 (Dependent on Experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. The Role

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit.
Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information.
Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation.
Attend site visits and project meetings as required.
Support and mentor junior members of the team.
Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget.

About You

Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist.
Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous.
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
Experience delivering projects across a range of RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 4-6.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team.
