Reed Property are working with one of the top Architectural practices in Nottingham.

They are an established, 100% employee-owned architectural practice based in Nottingham, and we're on the lookout for a senior technical candidate like you to help bring our innovative designs to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

Producing accurate BIM-level drawings using Archicad software
Coordinating with Architects across Studios to ensure seamless project integration
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations
Specifying materials and solving technical design challenges
Attending site visits and design team meetings
Collaborating closely with architects and multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For:

A degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
Proficiency in 2D & 3D CAD draughting and familiarity with BIM standards
Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
Must have very good building codes and regulations knowledge
A team player with excellent time management skills
A curious mind and a passion for continuous learning
Excellent communication skills in English
