The Role
They're looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who's ready to take ownership. You'll run your own projects through the full detailed design process from concept through to construction working on complex, high-value schemes within the industrial and logistics sector. This isn't a support role; it's a chance to be the technical lead on projects that matter, with the autonomy to make decisions and the backing of a well-resourced practice behind you.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading detailed design on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, logistics, retail and data centre schemes Managing projects independently through RIBA Stages 36, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors Producing and overseeing technically robust design packages, with a particular focus on large steel-frame construction Working closely with structural, M&E and other consultants to resolve complex technical detailing Mentoring and supporting junior technologists as the team continues to grow Contributing to the practice's evolving standards and processes as the business scales What They're Looking For
Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist, ideally within industrial, logistics, manufacturing or data centre sectors Strong, confident Revit skills this is essential Experience with large steel-frame construction projects is highly desirable A track record of running projects independently through the detailed design stage Strong technical detailing knowledge and an eye for buildability Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising directly with clients and project teams HNC/HND, degree, or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology (or equivalent experience) What's on Offer
