Senior CAD Architectural Technician (Remote Contract)
Residential Development Project | Fully Remote
We are seeking experienced Senior CAD Architectural Technicians to support a major residential development project consisting of 46 dwellings across 12 different house types.
This is an excellent opportunity for highly skilled technicians who can hit the ground running and deliver high-quality technical drawing packages on a remote contract basis.
Rate: £35 per hour
The Project
You will be working on a detailed residential scheme featuring:
·46 dwellings
·12 unique house types
·Approximately 3 house types allocated per technician
·Multiple design variations per house type
·Around 30 detailed drawing packages per technician
·Estimated workload of approximately 75 working days
What We're Looking For
·Senior-level Architectural Technician with strong AutoCAD experience
·Proven residential housing sector experience
·Ability to produce high-quality detailed technical and construction drawings
·Strong understanding of UK residential standards and regulations
·Self-sufficient, organised and capable of working remotely
·Available to start in the near term
Essential Requirements
·Fully licensed version of AutoCAD (current, legitimate licence required)
·Your own hardware, software and working setup
·Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively with the project team
