Senior Area Lettings Manager - Kent & Essex

Location: Kent/Essex (Field-Based, Centrally Located Preferred)
Salary: Competitive basic + OTE up to £85,000 (uncapped commission)
Car/Allowance: Company Car or Car Allowance up to £5,000
Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays may be required)

We’re working on behalf of a highly regarded and forward-thinking property group seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and develop a network of 12 successful branches across Kent and Essex. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic, driven leader with multi-site experience to join a growing business that invests heavily in its people, technology, and future.

The Role:

As Senior Area Lettings Manager, you will:

• Lead, coach and inspire Lettings Managers across multiple locations to drive performance and exceed targets.

• Grow market share and branch profitability through innovation, operational excellence, and business development.

• Support the personal and professional growth of your team by identifying training needs and mentoring rising talent.

• Oversee branch compliance and ensure high standards are maintained across the region.

• Roll up your sleeves when needed - conduct market appraisals, cover holidays or absence, and demonstrate leadership by example.

• Identify acquisition opportunities to further expand the office network and managed property portfolio.

The Ideal Candidate:

We’re looking for someone with:

• 2+ years’ multi-branch management experience within residential lettings.

• A proven track record of running a successful lettings operation.

• Experience with acquisitions or office expansion (desirable but not essential).

• Strong geographical knowledge of the Kent and Essex regions.

• Exceptional people management skills with the ability to energise and motivate.

• Strategic thinking, commercial awareness, and operational discipline.

• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

• ARLA qualification (advantageous).
